Emergency and initial appointments must be scheduled through designated referring agencies only. The initial appointment will require approximately one hour so that a medical history can be obtained, a thorough examination with x-rays will be conducted, and a detailed treatment plan will be developed. Referring agencies will be advised of appointment availability.
Individuals requiring additional treatment may schedule appointments prior to departing the clinic. All appointments are prepaid (cash or money order only). Appointments may be rescheduled. However, rescheduling must occur at least two working days prior to the originally scheduled appointment date/time, or appointment and payment will be forfeited.
No refund will be made for missed appointments or to individuals arriving more that ten minutes late for their scheduled appointment.
